• Howard SullivanPartner, Chief Operating Officer
    Mr. Howard Sullivan previously served as legal adviser to Credit Suisse, and before that was Director and Senior Counsel of RBC Capital Markets from 2000 – 2009, where he was chief counsel to the Alternative Assets Group. Prior to his role at RBC, Mr. Sullivan was an attorney at the law firm of Kramer Levin, advising private investment funds on transactions in distressed loans and bankruptcy claims. Mr. Sullivan also served as Assistant General Counsel at a private investment fund specializing in distressed debt. Mr. Sullivan began practicing law with the firm Coudert Brothers in Hong Kong and New York. Mr. Sullivan received his B.A. cum laude from Amherst College, a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law where he was Managing Editor of the Law Review, and an LL.M. in International Business Law from the London School of Economics.
  • Joseph CambareriSenior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
    Mr. Joseph Cambareri was previously a controller at Solar Capital. Before joining Solar Capital, Mr. Cambareri was a manager at Morgan Stanley in Loan Operations and Accounting and previous to that, a director of finance at a start-up broker dealer. Mr. Cambareri received his B.S. in Accounting and Finance and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business.

    Prior to joining CVP, Mr. Peter Niles spent six years as a Fund Accounting Manager at State Street Global Services where he worked in mutual fund accounting. Mr. Niles received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
  • Jennifer ChenVice President, Loan Servicing and Operations
    Ms. Jennifer Chen has twelve years of experience in Structured Finance, including asset based lending and securitizations. Prior to CVP, Ms. Chen was a Lead Manager at GE Capital within the Corporate Finance Group and previous to that an Auditor and Analyst at JPMorgan Securities Inc. Ms. Chen received her B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois and an MBA from DePaul University.

    Ms. Helen Flynn has seven years of industry experience with a particular focus on fund operations, marketing and compliance. Prior to Credit Value Partners, Ms. Flynn was an analyst at Satellite Asset Management focused on operations and compliance and prior to that, an operations analyst at Axon Financial. Ms. Flynn received her B.A. in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.
  • Lindsey NormanVice President
    Prior to joining CVP, Ms. Lindsey Norman was a Client Services/Investor Relations associate at Fairholme Capital Management. Ms. Norman received her B.A. in Entrepreneurship and minor in Economics from the University of Connecticut. Additionally, she has received a Certificate in Credit Analysis from the NYU School of Continuing Professional Studies.
  • Laura MaggioCompliance Officer
    Prior to joining CVP, Ms. Laura Maggio was a Compliance Officer at Och-Ziff Capital Management Group. Previous to that, she was a Vice President in Securities Division Compliance at Goldman Sachs. Ms. Maggio received her B.B.A. in Finance from James Madison University.
